Go-to-market training
Basics to build an innovation G2M strategy
Service Description
This interactive go‑to‑market workshop gives researchers and startup leaders a simple, structured way to think about innovation commercialisation. Designed for very technical audiences, it demystifies GTM strategy and provides practical tools you can start using immediately to bring technologies to market. Impact and benefits: Participants discover the “anatomy” of a go‑to‑market strategy: from situation analysis and objectives, to strategic choices, value proposition and execution. They leave with a clearer vocabulary to talk about commercialisation, a first GTM structure for their own project, and a better understanding of usual pitfalls that slow down market adoption for deep‑tech and research‑based innovations. The content is highly interactive, with a strong focus on real examples and questions from the group. Themes: definition and methodologies for go‑to‑market strategy, situation analysis, objective‑setting and strategic alternatives. You also explore how to craft a strong value proposition, how leadership choices influence commercialisation and control, and the most common mistakes technical teams make when going to market. The workshop is tailored to researchers and startup leaders who need to connect their technology roadmap with customer needs, positioning and routes‑to‑market in B2B environments. Format: The workshop is delivered online, in French or English, for up to 30 participants. Sessions are designed for researchers and startup leaders, with plenty of Q&A and short exercises. The workshop is facilitated by Virginie Vinel Kolovos MCIM, a Go to market coach for technical B2B teams and a regular speaker at EIC Accelerator and FET bootcamps for European researchers, as well as a Business Innovation Coach for multiple accelerators across EMEA.
