One-to-one systemic coaching with constellations, for the single leader who has to move a whole system. You have a validated pilot, a roadmap and a business case — and still no route to scale, because the blockage is not technical: it sits in the relationships between functions, sites and partners. This service is delivered across Europe; team versions are a separate offer. HOW IT WORKS We map the relationships between people, projects and the wider ecosystem with the constellation tool (see illustration). Instead of solving one stakeholder at a time, you step back from linear problem-solving and work with the whole system: who is close to the decision, where attention actually points, and who is missing. This matters most in the climate transition, where performance, impact and stakeholder alignment are deeply interconnected. WHAT YOU GAIN You observe interactions, not just individual behaviours. You test new positions and decisions in a low-risk setting, before the real conversation or committee. You leave with a more coherent innovation portfolio, clearer stakeholder alignment and more sustainable decisions in complex environments. It complements design thinking, agile and intrapreneurship by adding a systemic lens on relationships, belonging, flows of information and impacts on the broader ecological and organisational system. OUR SESSIONS TOGETHER We use simple visual mappings and constellations on a shared board to externalise your current system: key stakeholders, tensions, loyalties, blind spots and unspoken expectations around innovation and the ecological transition. You then test alternative configurations, clarify roles and post-pilot ownership, and identify the small, high-leverage adjustments that restore flow, coherence and performance — a practical way to get out of the frame and anchor systemic alignment with your SMEs and partners. THE 90-DAY PLAN Free 30-min discovery call: we name the stuck decision and the functions that must move. 4 x 2h sessions, fortnightly: map the system, test configurations, prepare the capex conversation and the partner's place. 90-day review: we check what improved, and decide whether to extend to your functional heads. Format: 100% remote with a collaboration tool. Face-to-face and team sessions require a dedicated estimate.
